Maternity Home
In 1993, The Northwest Center expanded to include a maternity home, which provides transitional, supportive housing to pregnant women facing homelessness. Since its founding, the maternity home has provides safe, stable housing to over 85 women and 85 children.
Pregnancy Center
The pregnancy center has provided services to women and families since 1981. In that time, the pregnancy center has served nearly 60,000 women and children in the DC area. Every year over 1,000 individuals come through our doors seeking assistance to enable them to help their families flourish.
